These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jamu website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using Jamu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service
Jamu is an AI-assisted software tool designed to help users interact with and control Ableton Live and related creative workflows.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may include free trials, paid plans, and usage-based features.
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law and can enter into a binding agreement.
Minors may use the Service where permitted by local law. Responsibility for such use lies with the user or their legal guardian.
4. Accounts
To access Jamu, you must create an account using an email address and password.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
5.1 Pricing and Plans
Jamu offers paid subscriptions and may offer free trials from time to time.
Prices, features, and billing intervals are displayed at the time of purchase.
5.2 Billing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).
We do not store your full payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
Where required by law, users may have a limited right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the initial subscription.
6.2 Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase
The subscription has not renewed
The Service has not been used
No AI features, execution commands, or usage-based resources have been accessed or consumed
6.3 Loss of Refund Right Upon Use
By starting a paid subscription and accessing the Service, you expressly acknowledge that:
The Service is provided immediately
Any use of paid features, including AI interactions or execution of commands, constitutes performance of a digital service
Once such use begins, you lose any right to a refund, except where required by law
6.4 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Subscriptions that have been meaningfully used
Consumption of AI or usage-based resources
Renewals or recurring charges
Promotional or discounted plans
6.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund charges.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or resell the software
Circumvent safeguards, usage limits, or technical restrictions
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
Use the Service in a way that infringes third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. AI Functionality and Limitations
Jamu uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI models to generate outputs and perform actions.
You acknowledge that:
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected
Outputs are not guaranteed to be correct or suitable for any purpose
You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use
Jamu acts as an execution and assistance layer, not a decision-maker.
9. User Content
You are responsible for all content you submit, including prompts, commands, and inputs.
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive right to process such content for:
Operating the Service
Analytics and monitoring
Debugging and performance improvement
Product development
Do not submit sensitive, personal, or confidential information.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and content, are owned by Rekt Enterprises FZE.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including AI providers, analytics tools, and payment processors.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
You violate these Terms
Required by law
Necessary to protect the Service or other users
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations. In such cases, liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
