5. AI-Generated Content and User Input
The Service allows you to input prompts and receive AI-generated outputs. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or engaged in conduct that harms Jamu or other users.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
